The iTrail Tracking System captures a
complete movement history; a personal car or
truck, a company vehicle whether it is used
for delivery or sales, a suspect's vehicle
or a corporate asset. This tracking device's ultra
compact size allows for placement almost
anywhere. Information provided includes
travel path, rates of speed and amount of
time stopped at any given location. Simply
retrieve the device and connect it to a PC
with the installed software to view the
tracking data. Micro sized GPS data logging
tracker is an
economical tracking solution with no monthly fees
and is our smallest GPS tracking system.

Overall, this compact GPS logging system
offers high quality tracking in our
most compact device. The device is
capable of storing up to 120 hours
of data continuously.
Ultra compact size makes this unit
well suited for both vehicle and
personal tracking. As a GPS logging
system, there are no monthly fees
associated with this tracker. Multiple options are
available for reviewing the data.
There are U.S. street maps, Google
Earth, and a report log to select
from. User friendly design with the
proprietary software and the
integration with overlay into the
powerful Google Earth software
provide excellent data. The tracking
system's cold start time to acquire
satellite signal is less than 35
seconds which
is especially important when
tracking a vehicle that drives short
distances
When using any GPS device, the
unit's view of the sky should be
unobstructed by metal. Placement is
key for obtaining optimum tracking
accuracy. If placing the tracker
inside of a vehicle, the glove compartment is
an excellent place to locate the
device. For a more covert location,
underneath the dashboard is good
site. Most vehicles will have
some sort of access panel that
offers concealment without
obstruction of metal. If mounting
the device with the optional
magnetic mount case, the front or rear
steel framing under the fiberglass
bumper is an ideal location. It
offers metal framing to attach and
the device can receive
signal through the fiberglass. This
location also provides some
protection from the weather elements and
road debris.
